In 2025, my sister Tracy and I resolve to post more recipes! (We’ll try to add pictures, but no guarantees.) We’ll start with the bread we served for Christmas. We made it in the shape of a Christmas tree, but you could “customize” it into any shape you like. It was a TikTok find and so quick and easy!
1 can croissants
4-5 cheese sticks
1 egg
1 T butter
Italian seasoning
Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 375.
Unroll the croissants on the counter, and roll out or pinch to remove the perforations. Cut cheese sticks into cubes, and cut the dough into little squares. Make a little package with each square with some cheese and put them smooth side up on a baking sheet with parchment paper or sprayed with cooking spray. You can make them into a shape or put them all next to each other. Beat egg and brush it on.
Bake for 15 minutes (or more, until it’s golden brown). When it comes out, brush with butter, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese. Serve and watch them disappear!
